The Orlo School of Hair Design & Cosmetology has always given back–and now it’s being recognized for it. On April 30, the Neighborhood Resource Center will present its 2013 Outstanding Neighborhood Service awards at the Albany Housing Authority Atrium. Recipients include Rick and Alice Caputo, owners of The Orlo School of Hair Design and Cosmetology.

The Orlo School will receive the Outstanding Local Retail Business Award for their tireless support of neighbors in their Beverwyck Neighborhood.
